New Teams
Alignment is key to to creating a synergistic team. Recognising that new teams take time to create this, we offer a program to achieve this quickly.
Our New Teams workshop works with team's strengths, working styles, and communication preferences. Data from the Team Management Profile (TMP) will be used to uncover specific strategies that will galvanise your team, and embed workplace behaviours that mitigate miss understandings, and create inclusive communication practices.

Family Teams

Game Changer's customised one-day workshop is designed for family members working in business together to better understand their strengths and differences, improve communication and move beyond outdate family dynamics that no longer serve the family or the business.
